Andy Semple - Managing Director and Secretary
Andy is the founder and Managing Director of ANDIKA Pty Limited (www.andika.com.au), an investment advisory company and Australian Financial Services Licensee (No 297069). Andy has more than 13 years experience in the Australian securities and derivatives industry.
Prior to founding ANDIKA Pty Limited, he founded and remains the Managing Director of ANDIKA Trading Pty Limited, an investment education company whose clients have included the ASX and private investors.
Andy Semple holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Bond University and Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Queensland. He is a Master member (Stockbroking) of the Securities & Derivatives Institute of Australia (MSDIA).
He is an awarded financial markets presenter and is the author of the book, Options Made Easy (Published by Zeus Publications 2002. ISBN 1 920699 201).
Andy was the Lecturer of Corporate Financial Risk Management, School of Accounting and Finance, Griffith University Gold Coast, (tenure July 2003 - November 2003) and Lecturer of Investment Analysis, School of Accounting and Finance, Griffith University Gold Coast, (tenure February 2002 - June 2002).
He has held qualifications as a Registered Representative of Ord Minnett, a Licensed Securities Dealer and Level 1 and 2 Derivatives accreditation status with the Australian Stock Exchange. Andy is a former adviser at JB Were & Son and adviser at PJW Stock & Share Brokers Pty Limited.
Andy Semple is also chairman of the Investment Committee.
Tony Porter - Director
Tony Porter has a high level of expertise managing discrete portfolios, trading in financial markets and analysis. His expertise covers an extensive range of investment management areas, including large and small capitalisation companies and derivatives, and relates specifically to the integration of investment processes and disciplines involving fundamental analysis, technical analysis, and behavioural finance.
With more than 10 years investment management experience in financial markets, Tony has a strong background in advising and management of risk adjusted returns within investment portfolios.
While trading in 1995, he took up a position as a stockbroker with Pembroke Josephson Wright. Six years later, he moved to Salomon Smith Barney, the equity markets division of Citigroup, where he worked until 2004.

Tony Porter is also a member of the Investment Committee.
Brad Smoling - Director
Brad Smoling has been a professional equities trader on the ASX since 1986.
Brad has a Diploma in Financial Markets and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment with the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. (FINSIA).
He is a Fellow member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, a Master member of the Stockbrokers Association of Australia and a Responsible Executive of the Australian Stock Exchange.
Brad started his Stockbroking career as a private client adviser with Bell Potter Securities Ltd and became Queensland Manager of Tolhurst Noall Ltd.
He is the founder and Managing Director of Smoling Stockbroking Pty Ltd (www.smoling-stockbroking.com) and Director of Xcelerator Capital Limited.
Andre Marschke - Non-Executive Director
Andre was previously a Stockbroker with Smith Barney Citigroup, Hartleys and Pembroke Josephson and Wright. Over the course of his career, Andre was involved in a wide range of investment management areas including derivatives, short-selling, protected equity, and small cap stocks. He was a Level 2 Accredited derivatives adviser and holder of an ASX SEATS licence.
Andre has significant experience in all aspects of financial markets trading and analysis gained through ten years trading experience.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Graduate Diploma in Technical Analysis from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Peter Snowball - Non-Executive Director
Peter came to Australia in 1971 after spending three years working in the London futures markets. He joined the futures industry in Sydney, broking wool and moved with the industry changes to cattle futures, gold and finally financial futures. At this time the financial futures markets were starting in Chicago and Peter returned to London with my family in 1981. Peter joined Shearson/American Express which through a series of name changes became Shearson Lehman Hutton. Peter ran his own client book with a team of five brokers and support staff dealing in a range of futures products, gold bullion, foreign exchange and base metals on the London Metals Exchange. Peter stayed with Shearson until his return to Australia in 1989 when he joined Merrill Lynch.
From scratch I developed a client book around the Eurodollar market. Among the clients were Westpac, Dresdner Bank, National Australia Bank. Peter left the industry in 1994 and joined JBWere and Sons the following year. After 25 years in futures, Peter decided to turn his attention to equities.
Peter is presently an Executive Director in the Private Wealth Management division of Goldman Sachs JBWere, in Sydney where he heads a team of five which includes brokers and a financial planner and together we cover Australian equities, international equities, fixed interest, REITs and alternative assets.
